As Jessica pinned the final tendrils of her hair, she looked in the mirror and asked, “how do I look?” Her girls, could not hold back their tears as they nodded in unison agreeing that she was magnificent. She was breathtaking. All the hustle and bustle of the morning had come together perfectly. With her composure barely kept, Jess read the card Adam wrote to her and burst into laughter when she announced she already knew about the bracelet that accompanied the card.
It was a few minutes later, when the girls left the room and I stood with Jess on the patio waiting for her father Larry that the time stood still. When Larry saw his daughter for the first time, it was one of the most beautiful moments I have personally witnessed in my journey as a wedding photographer. When they embraced everything was calm and quiet. The kinda calm where you can hear your own heart beating. It was an amazing moment that I felt really blessed to witness and I could only imagine the power it held for both Jess and her dad.
From there it was time…time for Jess to walk down the aisle. On the arm of her dad Jess rounded the pathway towards the gazebo where Adam waited for her. Situated in the middle of a tropical paradise, complete with a fountain, the wedding gazebo was perfection amongst the grounds of the Ibeorostar Parisio Beach . Surrounded by close friends and family, the couple shared their vows and sealed it with 2 kisses, as Jess and Adam were to excited to wait for the commissioner.
From their we all meet at the beach for some photos, and I have to say….I want to photograph more tropical destination weddings. The light, the beach, the water, the sand, the colour, all the elements come together and were nothing short of inspirational.
To Jess and Adam: From the bottom our hearts Matt and I want to thank you for letting us be apart of your wedding. Matt and I not only felt welcomed as your photographers, but you made us feel like true friends. We had so much fun with all your friends and family that we still can’t stop talking about our adventures and new friends we have made.
With much love, Lisa and Matt

My husband Matt followed the boys as the swam in the ocean, played volleyball, participated in yoga, and water polo…….Way too much fun!

How gorgeous is Jess? Is that even a question!
The most beautiful moment…..
Reception location….the steak house!
The boys serenade Jess and Adam with you’ve lost that loving feeling.
The olympics was about to begin and I brought some Olympic Mitts for Jess and Adam to where.
