Oh how I love energetic people, amazing music and a fabulous party. That’s exaclty what happened in Port Alberni on December 26th, 2009. The Boxing Day Shaker, which will soon be the “Annual Boxing Day Shaker” was a success. The Shaker was a promised hit with the return of DJ Paul Devro. His bouncing, confident style won the night and got the dance floor shaking their tail feathers for hours. It was amazing to watch the flawless transition from one song to another, from classic favourites (Easy-E) to my latest love (Lady Gaga) and finally being treated with Disney’s cult classic The Lion King.
Thanks to co-ordinator and party managers Dallas Dalziel and Jaeger Mah for asking me to be apart of this event. I was able to set up a photo-booth and let the guests show me their party souls. AMAZING!!!!
The Port Alberni Shaker was sponsored and bartender by the Kinsmen of Port Alberni. Nearly all the proceeds went to the Kinsmen and in return back into the community.
